Hands holding a tablet with the words "Opportunity"

The Equal Business Opportunity Program is tailored to help small, women, minority, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and LGBT-owned businesses flourish. Businesses can find resources, access business opportunities, and enroll in training. Women/Minority (WMBE) and Small Local Business (SLBE) certification services are provided at no cost to business owners.

Testimonials

Thank you for the support and seminars you put together. When I started my company 21 years ago, I took advantage of all that was offered. My certification helped me as we grew into a 20-year-old successful company. You are very much appreciated! Sincerely, Patricia
The EBO program has transformed not only our business model but has created four more roles within our organization, which is the true story of why the EBO Program is necessary within the communities, and that is to stimulate small business involvement and growth. Without the EBO Program, our business would not have evolved to what it is today…. Janine Grant - The Boundless Group
