Mayor's Neighborhood University

Mayor's Neighborhood University Dates & Curriculum

Goal: to provide leadership development training to neighborhood and community leaders. This 12 week university, with 13 meeting dates, will help cultivate leadership abilities to existing as well as future neighborhood leaders. Course will also provide an in-depth and informative review of your City of Tampa government

Host & Facilitator: City of Tampa's Neighborhood University Office

Special Note: Participants cannot miss more than 2 sessions and are required to participate in a class community project to qualify graduating. All sessions begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. Light appetizers and beverage will be available starting at 5:15 p.m. to encourage time to socialize with your fellow classmates. In addition, speakers and dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

The application is due on Friday July 26, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
