With the click of a mouse, you can pay a parking ticket, shop at the Tampa Museum of Art store or pay a water bill on the city of Tampa Web site. That earned Tampa props in the Center for Digital Government's fifth annual Digital Cities survey. Tampa ranked second in the nation, behind Corpus Christi, Texas, among cities with populations of more than 250,000. Tampa took the top spot in 2003.
