- Abandoned or Inoperative Vehicle
Use this service to report an abandoned or inoperative vehicle. Any vehicle that cannot be legally driven on the street is considered an inoperative vehicle. This means that the vehicle must have a current license plate and must be operational. - Accumulated Junk or Trash
Use this service to report accumulated junk, trash or debris that occurs on private property. Things that most people would not normally use to decorate their yards are usually accumulations. Things such as lawn mowers, concrete blocks, lumber, and buckets for example should be stored away in a storage building or garage. At the very least, they may not be visible from the street and should be behind a fence or wall. This includes storage of garbage cans except on pickup day.

Use this service for general correspondence to Solid Waste. The Solid Waste Department is responsible for refuse collection and disposal for over 80,000 residential and commercial City customers. Its goal is to provide efficient and environmentally safe solid waste collection and disposal. More than 360,000 tons of solid waste is processed annually. Eighty-eight percent is received at the McKay Bay Refuse to Energy Facility (RTE) where waste is separated and then burned to produce electricity. Nine percent of the current waste stream is recycled either through City of Tampa Recycling Programs or private ventures.
