"Downtown is booming. This Saturday, the Mayor's River O'Green, the Cigar City Criterium and Street Festival, and the Tampa Bay Lightning game packed our downtown with thousands of people. In the next couple of years, we will see 2,100 more units built in our urban core. It's exciting to watch this transformation happen."
