City of Tampa has 139 parks and 79 playgrounds.
These parks and playgrounds include amenities such
as boat launches, computer stations, ball fields,
tennis and racquetball courts, swimming pools,
beaches, grills, art studios, and more. You can
search for and find parks and playgrounds with the
amenities you are looking for using the Parks and
Playground Search facility in TampaGov.
The City of Tampa offers free automatic electronic
utility bill payment. By signing up
with the Automatic Electronic Utility Bill Payment
service, customers need not worry about a late
utility bill payment. The bill will be paid
automatically by electronic transfer of funds from
the bank account you select to the City. Nothing could be easier
and more convenient!
TampaGov offers traffic-related maps and advisories.
Tampa Police Traffic Related Calls for Service
provides a listing of calls made to the Police as
well as a map and address to pinpoint the location
of the incidents. The
Traffic Advisory Map gives an overview of the
map of the City showing the latest traffic
Traffic High Crash Locations application
summarizes traffic crashes that have been reported
to the Tampa Police the last 90 days.
Stormwater drainage lines are located throughout the
entire city. The Stormwater Department offers a
map-based service detailing the latest Capital
Improvement Projects to help protect the residents
against flooding and pollution. Find out about the
latest projects in your area.
City of Tampa
online payment (ecommerce) services are available
for business license tax payments, construction
services/express permits, Museum of Art memberships,
parking ticket and monthly payments, traffic
accident report request fees, etc. TampaGov accepts
MasterCard or Visa only. After completing your
payment, you will be presented with an online
receipt to print for your records.
The City of
Tampa publishes a variety of electronic newsletters,
media releases, event notifications and other
items. You may subscribe to email notifications and
you can unsubscribe any time. MyTampaGov members
using their pre-filled email address will be able to
manage subscriptions within their account.
Customer Service Center
Customer Service Center
(CSC) allows you to report non-emergency concerns,
ask a question or request city services. City staff
will receive and respond to your request via the
Internet. This service also allows you to track your
request as it progresses through city government.
The Publix Super Markets
Gasparilla Distance Classic 15K & 5K will take place on
Saturday, February 9, 2008 to be followed by the Tampa's
Gasparilla Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay on
Sunday, February 10.
