Coast Bike Share, which is set to roll out this spring, is an easy, affordable way to get around Tampa. The initial implementation will have bikes throughout downtown, historic Ybor City, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

The City of Tampa is investing $1.4 million of Neighborhood Stabilization funding into building new single-family homes in Sulphur Springs. Combine that with increased police efforts and new lighting to keep the streets safe, and Sulphur Springs is a neighborhood amidst a renaissance.
