The City of Tampa needs volunteers to fill several vacancies on the following boards and commisssions that impact Ybor City.
The Barrio Latino Commission, which reviews property variances in historic Ybor City, is seeking a volunteer lawyer and architect to serve on the board. This is a two-year term.
The city's 11-member Enterprise Zone Development Agency needs to fill the seat of a board member who resigned. The term expires in May 2010.
Board and commission members must be city residents. They are required to file annual state financial disclosures, and their appointment must be approved by the Tampa City Council.
