Your Tax Dollars at Work
On August 6, Mayor Iorio presented the Fiscal Year 2010 Budget to City Council and it was approved by City Council on September 23, 2009.
There are transcripts of all the City Council meetings. From the Budget Department’s website you can view the Operating and Capital Budget and the Citizen’s Budget Report, as well as Requests for Proposals, and Grant Information.
CTTV Live Webcast
CTTV is being webcast around the clock on the Internet. The same programming broadcast over the city municipal channel, CTTV, is simultaneously streamed on line. This makes the channel available via the Internet to anyone in the world with access to a computer.

Exciting Happenings
at the Downtown Riverfront
- The Sail Pavilion is now open Tuesday through Sunday at the Tampa Convention Center. Please see the flyer for more information and hours of operation. Bring your friends and enjoy a Zweigle's hot dog, an ice cold beverage and the beautiful Tampa Riverwalk.
- Recently, Mayor Iorio dedicated the cenotaph and the public art project Ceremonial Space at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park on the Riverwalk.

Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Locator Map
The Capital Improvement Project (CIP) locator map shows projects that were recommended to City Council on 8/6/2009 and can be displayed by City Map, by Project Title, or by Department. On the right side of the page, you can find lists of projects that are not mapped due to undetermined locations or various locations and on the left side you can zoom in or out using the Google tool. Clicking one of the pins on the map brings up an informational bubble with location, directions, and information. By clicking the Project Name, details of the project are presented.

Trail Guide - Tampa currently has 64 miles of trails. Our trail guide brochure has descriptions of 14 different hiking and biking trails throughout the City. The guide even tells you how to get there using HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit).
Canoe Launches - For those who would rather be out on the water we have a page that lists the 13 canoe launches that we maintain.
