• Banquet Hall Rentals
  Use this service to inquire about the availability of the Ragan Community Center or the Seminole Garden Center for a catered event or meeting. Rental rates for both buildings start at $271.20 for four hours and additional hours are $39.59/hr. A deposit of $271.20 is due two weeks after building is reserved. Alcohol is prohibited. Ragan seats 175 people banquet style. Seminole seats 70 people banquet style.

• Cemetery Inquiries
  Use this service to contact the cemetery clerk with questions or corrections about City owned cemeteries.

• Cemetery Records Search
  Use this service to access the cemetery records search service for locating decedents in the cemeteries maintained by the City of Tampa.

• Community Tree Planting Program
  Use this service to request trees be planted along the street right-of-way to enhance the neighborhood and help sustain Tampa’s community forest and shade canopy.

  The Community Tree Program, established in 1997, is a free service of the Tampa Parks and Recreation Department that provides individuals and neighborhood associations with trees for planting on City land, greenways, and street right-of-ways. The goal of the program is to plant 1,000 trees annually which offers a way to enhance the neighborhood and help sustain Tampa’s community forest and shade canopy. We encourage community involvement at both the time of planting, and beyond – promoting a sense of responsibility and environmental stewardship in citizens across the city.

  Most plantings will be scheduled June - November. Staff will inspect the desired location and contact you one week prior to the planting to confirm the date, time and location of planting.

  Shade and ornamental trees are available; however, the variety will change based on availability. Trees size will be 30 gal. Note: there is a maximum of two trees per address planted.

• Fallen or Low Overhanging Tree Limbs and Tree Down
  Use this service to report fallen tree limbs or low overhanging tree limbs that are causing an obstruction in public right of ways or the streets. For trees limbs obstructing street signs or causing hazardous roads conditions select Traffic Sight Obstruction service.

• Greenways, Trails and Blueways Inquiries
  Use this service to obtain more information about the City's efforts in creating greenways and trails as well as blueways which include water trails, canoe and/or kayak trails, paddling trails and the Tampa-Hillsborough Blueways Committee

• Mayor's Youth Corps
  Use this service to obtain more information about community service projects and involvement in the Mayor's Youth Corps

• Natural Resources Correspondence
  Use this service for tree related permit inquiries or natural resource questions, concerns or information.
  
  If you want to remove a tree, determine if a tree is an exempt species that is allowed to be removed without permission, or to report a complaint on trees being removed, contact Tree Removal without Permit or Illegal Removal .
  
  

• Parks - locate ball fields, tennis courts and more
  Use this service to find information about City parks and recreation facilities, including which ones have beaches, boat ramps, tennis courts or any of the many other amenities offered by the City's Parks & Recreation Department.

  Use this service for general information or to inquire about programs and services available through Tampa Parks & Recreation Department.

• Special Event Inquiry
  Use this service if you are an event planner and want to inquire about working with the City of Tampa to plan all aspects of events that relate to the use of public property such as streets, sidewalks, etc. Special events may include parades, runs, walks, block parties, carnivals, road festivals, etc.

• Tampa Gym and Dance
  Use this service for Tampa Gym and Dance Program inquiries. Please use our waiting list form to add your child's name to the waiting list.

• Tampa Gym and Dance Waiting List Sign Up Form
  Use this service to add your child(ren) to the lists. For other Tampa Gym and Dance inquiries, please use our general correspondence form.
