- Utility Accounting
Use this service for general correspondence to Utility Accounting. Utility billing for the City of Tampa is the responsibility of the Revenue and Finance Department's Utility Accounting Division. Most of the City's utility customers receive a consolidated monthly bill for three utility services--Water, Sewer and Solid Waste.
The Division reads over 129,000 water meters bimonthly in a 110 square mile service area, and prepares and mails bills monthly.
