Our focus is to encourage the redevelopment of unused, or underutilized commercial & industrial sites in East Tampa, through alternate funding sources and economic incentives. East Tampa Development is a division within the Urban Development Department.

City-Wide lending programs are also provided through Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corp(BBIC)
