The City of Tampa Utilities requires deposits on new accounts. Deposits may be waived by asking a previous utility company to fax us verification that you had good payment history for at least one year. (Our Fax Number is 813-274-8430.) We will begin processing this request and will advise you by responding to this request through the Customer Service Center when complete or if further information or action is required on your part to complete this request. Thank you.
