IMPORTANT CHANGE To the Garbage, Recycling and Yard Waste Collection Schedules For City of Tampa Solid Waste Customers. Solid Waste and Environmental Program Management WILL NOT provide make-up garbage and recycling collection services for residential customers whose regularly scheduled collection falls on City-Observed Holidays*. Garbage, recycling and yard waste collection for these customers will resume on the next scheduled pick up day.

*Holiday make-up collection will be provided for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays due to the large volume of garbage generated.
