Official Neighborhood & Community Relations Requirements

Once you submit your message below, you will be provided with a Tracking Number and Access Key to keep for your records in the event you need to UPDATE your information in the future. Additionally, you will have the option to print your data and save for your records as confirmation your form was submitted successfully. Immediately following submission of your message, you will receive an email that allows you a second opportunity to review your completed information accordingly, and in most cases a third email will follow from our office with a message from our staff regarding your submission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to continue to maintain the accuracy of the contact information you have provided, please be sure to verify that all of your information input above is correct before submitting your message.

If for any reason your associations contact information should change throughout the year (i.e, association elections, new email address or phone numbers, meeting details, etc.), you can UPDATE your information online from our website at anytime by using your saved Tracking Number and Access Key provided after you submit your message.
