This is the location of the incident. Locations are in the City of Tampa and contracted areas only.

DATA CURRENT AS OF:

This is the last time that the data was updated.

DESCRIPTION:
-
This is the description of the incident when it is first reported to the
dispatch center of the Tampa Fire Rescue department. It does not necessarily reflect the
actual incident. This description may change after Tampa Fire Rescue personnel arrive at the
location and assess the situation.

DISPATCH DATE/TIME :
-
This is the time that a Tampa Fire Rescue vehicle was dispatched to an incident.

GRID:
-
This is a geographic term defined by the Tampa Fire Rescue department to identify a specific area.
- INCIDENT :

This is the identifying number of each call.
- # OF DISPATCHED CALLS:
-
This is the total number of calls dispatched from the Tampa Fire Rescue dispatch
center in the past 24 hours.

POSITION AT DATE/TIME:
-
Allows for positioning calls (records) using a combination of date and time. Additionally, the user can select how many calls (records) are to be displayed at a time on the page (from 1 - 99). When entering a date, use the format mm/dd/yyyy.

FILTER BY TFR GRID:
-
Calls (records) can be filtered by TFR grid by selecting a grid from the drop-down selection box and clicking the assoicated List button. When selected, is indicated by the green text "Filter On" below the column header "Grid". To turn-off this filter, select "All" from the drop-down selection box.

If the
address is hyperlinked, you can click on the hyperlink and it will display a map of the location from
the Tampa Address Locate application if a valid address is supplied. Use your browser's BACK button to return to Calls For Service listing.

- If the grid is hyperlinked, you can click on the hyperlink and it will display a static map of the location of the grid with primary streets identified. Click on the X in the upper
right corner of the window to return to the Current Calls for Service List.

- INCIDENT :

If the incident is hyperlinked, you can click on it to display in a pop-up window, the equipment dispatched
to the address. This information may be updated as the situation develops.

RECORDS ADVANCE/ROLLBACK :
-
By entering a number of records and selecting either the
<<Back>> or <<Next>> buttons, the list is advanced
or rolled back the indicated number of records. 99 records is the maximum
number of records per advance/rollback at one time. You can determine what block of calls the list is displaying
by viewing the Call Tracker in the upper left corner, above "Dispatched"

Button will update the current screen with the latest information.
Information is updated every 10 minutes . Last update time is listed as Info current as of...[date-time stamp here]
