Description
This project provides for a large scale business transformation to reduce the cost of government and improve service and is a multi-year effort that began in FY09. Improvement focus areas include: cost reduction of on-going maintenance; greater business collaboration; and dramatic decrease of current labor-intensive processes. This project will solve business challenges hindering the departments' ability to best serve the citizens and increase the city's overall level of efficiency and effectiveness through measurable productivity gains. The project will utilize professional services as well as replace core legacy business applications and associated hardware.
