Description
Provides funding to allow the City to partner with the private sector and encourage targeted industries to either locate or expand their current business operations within the City. Targeted industries include:
-Life sciences and medical service
-Financial service
-Cyber security, defense, and national security
-Information technology
-Research and engineering
These funds may be used to leverage existing State and Federal grant programs, to provide continued support to the Qualified Target Industry (QTI) Tax Incentives, Capital Investment Tax Credits, the Economic Development Transportation Fund, and or federally-designated Enterprise Zones.
