Description
This project provides for replacing current pedestrian signal heads with countdown pedestrian signal heads. These signal heads provide pedestrians with the time remaining to cross a street before the signal changes. The countdown pedestrian heads will be installed at high pedestrian activity locations and school crossings around the city.

Notes
The State of Florida is providing these pedestrian heads for installation at the signal locations on the state road system within the city. The city must then fund the installation at all locations and the pedestrian head assembly at the remaining non-state system intersections.
