Description
This project provides for the installation of sediment filtration devices. These devices will be designed to remove between 60% and 80% of total suspended solids from stormwater. The devices are placed as retrofits to stormwater pipe systems and will be maintained by the Stormwater Operations Division. Sediments will be processed at the Sweeper Debris Facility on Hookers Point in Tampa.

Existing stormwater pipe systems are being evaluated for potential retrofit with specific locations to be determined based on those evaluations.
