Description
This project provides for the re-establishment of hydraulic conditions in targeted residential canals to promote adequate tidal flushing. The re-establishment of hydraulic conditions will be accomplished through dredging of the canal bottoms and removal of accumulated sediment. Removal of the accumulated sediment will enhance the natural treatment system, foster marine habitat and improve water quality.
