Description
This project provides for the installation of new metered water services and backflow prevention devices throughout the Water Department service area. New customers apply for water services, applications are reviewed and a service commitment is made by the department. Payment of the appropriate fees is provided by the customer, and the new meter project is then designed and constructed.
Notes
New metered services are requested primarily in commercial establishments including old buildings being renovated as well as new buildings such as hotels, restaurants and warehouses. Specific locations are not known in advance.
