JOB PURPOSE: This is responsible technical work in collecting, examining, processing, and
analyzing video, audio and digital multimedia evidence for investigative purposes.



QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from an accredited high school or vocation school and a minimum of two years of college or vocational school with focus on audio/video editing, post production, videography, information technology, photography or a related field and one (1) year experience in videography and post production editing or related fields preferably in a law enforcement agency, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree.


  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Preferred certifications from: Leva Internationa, Scientific Working Group Imaging Technology or Resolution Video.

    EXAMINATION: Evaluation of training and experience. A background investigation and polygraph examination will be conducted on the candidate selected for employment. Drug testing is included in all pre-employment processing.
