The City of Tampa Solid Waste and Environmental Program Management Department is teaming up with the Tampa Downtown Partnership to create CORE Collection Service (C2S), a new blue bag collection pilot program that will allow the city to remove the 95-gallon collection carts from a high-pedestrian area while providing downtown merchants increased garbage collection.
