Tampa, Fla. (November 10, 2009) &amp;mdash;The Department of Solid Waste &amp;amp; Environmental Program Management is pleased to announce the opening of a new scale lane at the McKay Bay Weigh Station that is automated and does not require an attendant. Currently, this lane is for City of Tampa vehicles only. However, by diverting City vehicles to the automated lane it will decrease wait time for all other weigh-station users.</description>
