Serves as Architectural/Historical Review Board for property variances in Ybor City Area. Oath and financial disclosure required. Residency not required. Appointment power was changed by Ordinance No. 2003-66: Mayor appoints five (5)members and one (1)alternate with Council approval. Council appoints four (4) members and one (1) alternate. See City of Tampa Code Chapter 27-Article VIII and Section 27-182 for qualifications.
