Code Enforcement Board - Special Magistrate (UP)

Purpose

Hearing appeal board for code enforcement & property maintenance violations. Special Magistrates individually hear cases and assess fines during the first three weeks of each month. Residency and oath required. No financial disclosure is required. Mayor appoints, Council approves. See City Code Ch 9.
