Purpose

Acts as zoning variance review for any changes to historic properties within the City of Tampa, except for Ybor City, which is regulated by the Barrio Latino Commission Oath and financial disclosure required. Members must be residents. Appointment power was changed by Ordinance No. 2007-147: Mayor appoints four (4)members and one(1) alternate. Council appoints three (3)members and one (1) alternate. See City of Tampa Code Sections 27-212 to 27-230 for qualifications.
