Purpose

Created by Ordinance No. 2008-77. Consists of 11 members: 6 appointed by the Mayor with approval by City Council and 5 appointed by City Council. Members shall have a demonstrated interest, competence, professional experience or knowledge in the development of affordable housing, planning, building, real estate, mortgage lending, law or other related discipline. Oath of office required.
