Mayor Set To Host Fourth Regional Town Hall Meeting
 
Tampa, FL October 7, 2005 - Mayor Pam Iorio will host a town hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005. The meeting will take place at Jefferson High School, located at 4401 W. Cypress Street.

This is the fourth and final in a series of regional town hall meetings the mayor will host in 2005. The meeting will focus on providing information pertaining to the following neighborhoods: Bayshore Beautiful, Bayshore Gardens, Beach Park, Beach Park Isles, Belmar Shores, Bowman Heights, Carver City/Lincoln Gardens, Grey Gables, Bon Air, Southern Pines, Courier City/Oscawana, Culbreath Bayou, Culbreath Heights, Culbreath Isles, Drew Park, Fairoaks Manhattan Manor, Golfview, Historic Hyde Park, Hyde Park North, Hyde Park Preservation, New Suburb Beautiful, North Bon Air, North Hyde Park, Northeast Macfarlane, Oakford Park, Old West Tampa, Palma Ceia, Palma Ceia West, Parkland Estates, Plaza Terrace, South Westshore, Stoney Point, Sunset Park, Swann Estates, The Marina Club, Virginia Park, West Riverfront, West Tampa, and Westshore Palms.

The regional town hall meetings are being held in an effort to bring city government closer to Tampa's citizens. Mayor Iorio will talk about the city’s strategic goals, projects and initiatives. City administrators and department representatives will be available to answer questions on a variety of topics and the meetings are open to the general public.
