Tampa, FL January 27, 2006 - Mayor Pam Iorio will host the first of four town hall meetings for 2006 on Tuesday, February 7.
The meeting will be held in the Plant High School Media Center, located at 2415 S. Himes Avenue
from 6 to 8 p.m. All town hall meetings are open to the public.
The remaining town hall meetings for 2006 will be held on April 11, in New Tampa; August 15, in West Tampa; and September 12, in East Tampa. All meetings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
The four regional town hall meetings are being held in an effort to make city government more accessible to Tampa's residents. City administrators and department representatives will also be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.
