Tampa, FL April 11, 2006 - Mayor Pam Iorio hosted the second of four town hall meetings for 2006 on Tuesday, April 11. The meeting was held at Hunter’s Green Elementary School in the Media Center, located at 9202 Highland Oak Drive from 6 to 8 p.m. All town hall meetings are open to the public.
The two remaining town hall meetings for 2006 will be held on August 1, in West Tampa; and September 12, in East Tampa. All meetings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
The regional town hall meetings are being held in an effort to make city government more accessible to Tampa's residents. City administrators and department representatives will also be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.
