2nd Annual International Town Hall

April 10, 2006 - The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the International Town Hall Meeting will be held April 12th from 7:30am - 9:00am at the Jaeb Theater, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

This interactive town hall session is open to the public and gives you the opportunity to meet with international business partners who assist local businesses with their import/export transactions and activities. We will discuss key upcoming strategic initiatives of local organizations that have a direct impact on the local import/export community and there will be a focus on Q&A and networking.

The organizations represented will have tables and materials set up for networking directly prior to and following the event. A reference booklet for these organizations will also be provided to all attendees.

The following have been invited to attend and participate: the Mayor's Global Business Committee, Enterprise Florida, Export-Import Bank of the United States, Florida District Export Council, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Pinellas County Economic Development, Small Business Development Center/USF, Tampa Bay Partnership, Tampa Foreign Trade Zone 79, Tampa/Hillsborough International Protocol Office, Tampa International Airport, Tampa Port Authority, U.S. Department of Commerce, the USF Center for International Business and the World Trade Center. Also invited are representatives from the local Consular offices and Bi-National Chambers who are invaluable resources when trading with a particular country or region.
