Tampa, FL July 17, 2006 - Mayor Pam Iorio will host two remaining town hall meetings on August 15 and September 12. The August meeting will be held in the Tampa Bay Boulevard Elementary School media center, located at 3111 West Tampa Bay Boulevard from 6 to 8 p.m. The final town hall meeting for 2006 will be held on September 12 in East Tampa in the Hillsborough High School media center located at 5000 N. Central Avenue from 6 to 8 p.m. All town hall meetings are open to the public.
A total of four regional town hall meetings were scheduled in 2006 in an effort to make city government more accessible to Tampa's residents. City administrators and department representatives will also be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.
