October 28, 2009 - Each week the Tampa Water Department posts a different water conservation "Tip of the Week" to help you reduce your water use and conserve our limited water resources.
Tip #50: Check your irrigation timers for proper day and time settings. Timers without a non-volatile memory or battery backup may default to a factory setting following a power interruption. Don't chance a water-use violation citation because you forgot to check.
