Tampa, FL October 29, 2009 -
Victim: Dana Franklin, B/F, 09/28/87, 234 Stratford Ave., Tampa
Victim: Jalaya McClinton, B/F, 01/07/08, 234 Stratford Ave., Tampa
Driver: Unknown, driving a black SUV, missing driver's side mirror and possibly a broken driver's side headlight.
The victim was walking south across Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. carrying her baby when the SUV traveling west hit her. She was walking to her child's daycare, Today's Child, 2150 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. She was not crossing the street in a crosswalk. Both were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
