Victim: B/M, Strode, Marc Robert DOB: 5-11-89, Unknown Address. Next of kin has been notified.
Suspects: 3 BM's, Age: 20's, 2 of the passenger suspects were armed with semi-auto pistols.
Vehicle: Dk colored veh, loud muffler.
DETAILS: The victim was sitting at an outdoor table with friends playing cards in front of the listed residence. A vehicle then drove up and 2 B/M suspects exited and were armed with handguns. One of the suspects fired a shot in the air and everyone ran trying to escape. The victim was shot at several times and was struck once in the back. He collapsed on the southwest corner of Arch/Hubert St. He was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital where he was taken to surgery in critical condition. It was then learned that the victim died of the gunshot wound at approximately 11 p.m., on 11-11-09.
Homicide Detectives responded and are investigating this incident. Investigation continues.
