VICTIM: Kevin Denning w/m, DOB: 9/8/67 7910 N. Orleans Tampa (home owner)
Christopher Jolly 4/20/80 10327 Boyette Creek Blvd Riverview (parked car owner)
SUSPECT: Guillermo Rosales 9/3/92 13931 Henson Circle Tampa (involved suspect driver)
DAMAGED VEHICLE: Parked car- 2005 Isuzu Fl tag 510-WPQ
SUSPECT VEHICLE- 2002 Ford 256-XTJ
DETAILS: On 1/24 at around midnight, subject Rosales was operating the 2002 Ford traveling westbound on Hollywood approaching the intersection with N. Orleans. The vehicle was traveling at a speed greater than the posted speed limit and apparently ran the stop sign. The vehicle continued west into the yard of 7910 N. Orleans where it struck a parked 2005 Isuzu. The Ford then crashed into and through the residence of 7910 N. Orleans.
As the Ford entered the residence it struck a couch causing a 9 year old male (Vanhouse) to be ejected and sustain serious injury. Vanhouse was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital and as last report was listed as serious/critical, but stable in ICU with a skull fracture.
Criminal charges on the driver Rosales are pending waiting on toxocology.
