Three Suspects Charged with 10 Car Burglaries In all 10 cases, the cars were left unlocked
 
Tampa, FL March 2, 2010 -

DATE/TIME: 3/1/2010 @ 5:10 AM

LOCATION: 402 Sitka St W

VICTIM: Darien J. Pease ( suspect's father)

SUSPECT#1: Darien Pease, H/M 08/26/1993
CHARGES: Grand Theft Auto, Auto Burglary (10 Counts) Delinquent in possession of a Firearm, Fleeing and Alluding Police

SUSPECT: Lenny Camara, H/M, DOB: 05/17/1995
CHARGES: Auto Burglary (10 counts)

SUSPECT: Angel Dejesus, H/M, DOB: 02/03/1992
CHARGES: Auto Burglary (10 counts), Delinquent in possession of a firearm

VEHICLE: 1999 Ford Taraus

DETAILS: Defendant Pease stole his father's vehicle during the night. He then picked up his co-defendants. The suspects burglarized 10 unlocked cars. The suspects then went to the 7-11 at 824 Waters Ave and stole jumper cables and food items. Units were in the area looking for the suspects, when Officer Culbertson spotted the vehicle. He attempted to stop the vehicle at which time the suspect accelerated and attempted to make a U-turn to travel in the opposite direction. Officer Culbertson then boxed in the vehicle with the assistant of Officer Haight to prevent a pursuit. All three suspects were taken into custody.
