March 4, 2010 - The City of Tampa is holding a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 to present the final conceptual plan the new park in the Channel District. The park will be located on the southwest corner of 12th and Washington Streets. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Tampa Port Authority offices, located at 1101 Channelside Drive.
Anyone interested in this topic is urged to attend the meeting. Representatives from the Tampa Parks and Recreation Department and WilsonMiller, design and engineering consultants to the City of Tampa, will be in attendance to present the plans and answer questions.
