March 5, 2010 - Monthly training meeting at TFR Academy. This month's topic is communications. Bring your FRS and ham radios, if you have one. We will actually practice programming our radios for the channels and frequencies we've designated for CERT radio communications. We will also practice using our radios and will discuss search and rescue in wilderness settings. Meeting will be in preparation for an exercise to be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010.
