Tampa, FL March 5, 2010 - The Mayor’s Citizen/TECO Energy Conservation Task Force will present its recommendations to Mayor Pam Iorio at a meeting on March 25, 2010 at 2 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Mayor’s Conference Room, located on the first floor of the Tampa Municipal Office Building at 306 East Jackson Street. All meetings of the task force are open to the public.
The Mayor’s Citizen/TECO Energy Conservation Task Force was formed in March 2009 to provide Mayor Iorio with fiscally responsible recommendations for energy conservation, renewable energy, public education, and climate change initiatives to be implemented by the City of Tampa, TECO Energy, and the general public.
