VICTIM: Nasdiel Viera-Curbelo, 7/9/89, W/M, 7206 North Hale Avenue, Tampa
DETAILS: The victim was driving east on Sligh when he left the road and hit a retaining wall at 304 West Sligh. He was deceased upon arrival. Detectives are interviewing witnesses to determine the cause of the crash. The initial investigation does indicate that speed was a factor.
