Mayor Bob Buckhorn will light the downtown bridges on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 8:15 p.m. In addition the lighting ceremony, a screening of "The Wizard of Oz" will immediately follow on the Great Lawn at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Food trucks, Kahwa Coffee, and other vendors will also be at the event.
