    • Option 2 for Credit and Collections (delinquent bills, payment arrangements, service interruptions for non-payment)

    • Option 3 for Customer Service (start service, stop service, bill questions, service questions, missed trash/recycling pickup, account changes) 

    • Option 4 for Water Emergency (water leaks involving property damage or traffic impacts, fire hydrant damage or leaks, loss of water service other than service interruptions due to non-payment, and other water-related safety hazards and property damage)
