Welcome to the City of Tampa Land Development Coordination Home Page. The Land Development Coordination Division is part of the Growth Management and Development Services Department. LDC houses the Zoning Section, Subdivision/DRI Section and Right-of-Way and Mapping Section. Our mission is to efficiently and fairly administer City Codes and policies related to land development. Our goal is to be responsive to the public's need for accurate information related to the development of their property.
