The Budget for FY2000 totals $585 million and does not
include an ad valorem tax millage increase. The rate remains at 6.539 mills. This marks
the eleventh straight year that no adjustment has been made to the City's ad valorem tax
rate to fund government services.
The Enterprise Funds total budget for FY2000 is $188
million. No water, sanitary sewer, solid waste or other significant fee or rate increase
to our citizens are being proposed.
