In approving the City of Tampa budget, the Tampa City Council works to preserve our past, take care of our present needs and provide for our future. The Tampa City Council holds several workshops and public hearings each year to provide our citizens with the opportunity to have input into the City's budget. The City Council encourages the general public, neighborhood civic associations and community groups to share in this process and have a voice in where your dollars are spent.
