Previous City Council Members
The term
"City Council" is the current (and original) title of the
legislative body of the city. This term is used throughout this list
of members of the legislative body of the City and/or Town of Tampa,
Florida, although this body has held different designations during
its existence (Board of Representatives, City Aldermen, etc.). The City Council of the City
of Tampa was originally created in the City Charter granted by a
Special Act of the Florida State Legislature signed by Governor
Broome on December 15, 1855. |
