Office of the City Clerk
The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for the maintenance of all
official records for the City of Tampa. The City Clerk bears witness to all
official city records, including, but not limited to, official actions of the
city council, oaths of office and records of
appointments to city boards and committees.
Archives & Records
Service is a division of the City Clerk. Archives and Records is
responsible for the archiving and disposal of all city department records
in all formats. It also serves as a research center for the history and
development of the City of Tampa municipal government.
